Wavy, sexy, and dark. ‘Quelle Horreur’ by Mango Mango Mango combines dark slow guitar and soft jingles to create a deep, shoegaze-esque sound that would go down perfectly at your local goth club.

My initial thoughts were in suspense with the looping track, starting that dark vibe, then the drums kick in with the subtle use of a beat pad and it's very easy to catch onto the beat and sway. The lyrics are perfectly teasing and dark, with the band’s lead vocals having that captivating breathiness and airy feel. It rounds off the single more captivating than it began. There is an almost vampiric allure ‘bringing me back to life’. This slow paced gothic and seductive single is perfectly titled, ‘oh the horror’, as it brings you in more and more, and by the end I was perfectly hypnotised.
